We are very pleased to welcome you in this mansion of the 17th century, arranged for your comfort in a friendly spirit .
The guest house is not freely open to the public . It is a family that welcomes you home. There also may have fellow travelers under the same roof . That is why we invite you to enjoy all the living spaces available in the conviviality and respect of privacy.

Arrivals

In order to welcome you in the best possible conditions, your home will be done from 16h on the day of arrival until 19pm . Late arrivals or early otherwise , for example, to deposit the luggage in order to visit the village , are the subject of a prior agreement.

Departures

The last day , departures are at noon . We are not hotel professionals , we need to have the necessary time to provide the people who come next as welcoming as possible housing.

Breakfasts

Breakfast is prepared in the large kitchen between 8:00 and 10:00 . This is a self-service buffet which you can enjoy in the house or on the terrace, weather permitting .

The rooms

The rooms are not intended to be laundry or take meals …
A flat-screen Freeview TV is available to guests in each room , the sound must be moderate from 22 hours .
Visitors can also access the free Wifi . Illegal downloading is prohibited.
If it is a tradition that visitors fall bedding, clothing and effects , perform their guests every day including clean passage emptying bins and renew the machine if necessary . Large dirt will be at the customer.
Valuable items (jewelry, multimedia devices , various methods of payment , etc. ) must not be left in the rooms or in parked cars , guests disclaims all liability for loss of these objects.

General provisions

In respect of Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 prohibits smoking in places of collective use. The entire hotel, including rooms is non-smoking.
Under the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under 18 years.
We ask our guests to make a decent dress for any occasion, and be clothed and shod when traveling in public areas.
The client agrees to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and financially assume, any possible degradation he may be responsible.
Children operating within the property are the sole responsibility of their parents.
The kitchen is at the disposal of guests. This is an area in which other travelers may want to take advantage and it is important to keep in a good state of cleanliness and storage.

Theft and accidents

The owner declines any responsibility in case of theft or personal injury occurred in the property.

Environmental Protection

We are sensitive to the preservation of our planet and want to contribute to environmental protection by minimizing the footprint of the operation of its host structure , it is why we are seeking the European Ecolabel.
Simple, low binding measures can do much for our planet.

We count on your help to :
• avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily ,
• Do not let the water flow and moderate in showers,
• avoid using all the towels at your disposal if you do not really need.

To access the pool,

it is necessary to provide :
– Bathing suits.
– Your private bath towels and / or bathrobes , those of your room are not allowed . However, in the case of a forgotten or at your request , towels can be rented on site, (see our rates).
– For hygiene reasons , people with skin disease or wounds are not allowed access .
– The introduction of any object or toy, cuffs off , is not allowed in the pool.
Rules for families: this space is not suitable for children under 12 years without the necessary supervision of a parent. Maximum 2 children per supervisor. For children who can not swim , wearing armbands (not supplied by the hotel Payan Champier ) is mandatory.

Car park

Public parking , guarded and free video is available a few steps from the house. The parking place of the Esplan is regulated (blue disk, indefinitely ) . We do not recommend you to park your car there .
In addition, several restrictions , throughout the year, prohibit parking due to market ( every Tuesday in winter Sundays ) and festivities in the village (some evenings ) . Signs clearly indicate these parking restrictions.
We accept no liability for verbalisations , kidnappings , vandalism .

Rules of stay

For the rental of guest room, payment is due upon arrival or in advance before arrival .
For the cottage a deposit is paid on arrival and payment is due upon departure , after reading of energy consumption and inventory (for return of the deposit ) .
The down payment is required to secure your stay .

If you find a bug , malfunction or other problem , please let us know so we can arrange for a return to normal.

Wishing you a good stay, we remind you that we will never be far away and that he should not hesitate to contact us in case of need , for advice or any questions regarding your stay or region .

The reservation becomes effective once we have received at the customer written confirmation by post or email and / or a deposit of a minimum of 30% of the invoice amount .

We accept payment by check, by credit card, by cash, travelers checks and bank transfer (for pre-payments).
COTTAGE: the same conditions apply to the payment of a deposit on arrival, returned at departure after inventory and statement of energy consumption.

Cancellation by the customer

Because of the small size of our guest house, any cancellation affects us significantly.
In all cases the deposit is forfeited to the hotel Payan Champier.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited and the whole stay is to have (possibly less nights having been re-let).
If the client does not manifest 19 hours before the scheduled day of beginning of stay, and have not notified of the delay, we can dispose of its guest rooms.
The deposit remains and the entire stay is duty.
In case of shortened stay, the total amount provided accommodation remains fully acquired.
(In case of long stays, we recommend you take out cancellation insurance)

Cancellation by the owner

When, before the start of the rental, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform the host and make sure the message has been received.
The host will be refunded the amount paid immediately.
